1. Eligibility

• - Children of parents holding permanent resident status in foreign countries
• - Children of government workers who are assigned to foreign countries
• - Children of employees who are assigned to the company branches in foreign countries
• - Children of foreign diplomat or international organization worker
• - Children of assigned foreign scientists or professors
• - Children of Korean parents holding foreign citizenship
• - Foreigners acquired foreign citizenship
• - Korean holding foreign citizenship who completed entire required education in foreign countries
• - Foreigner whose parents are both foreigners (including Chinese residing in Korea)
• - North Korean refugees
